The success of any project depends on the timely completion and quality of projects. To achieve quality and on-time completion of the project, there is a need to adapt the latest technologies and leading technical solutions which value more than cost.
“We consider quality as the most important. So, the team is trained to keep each and every part and assembly of the machines accordingly,” according to Manoj Kumar Pillai, Managing Director, Forest Press Machineries.
Forest Press has launched the latest block master models such as BM 4, BM 6, BM 9 and BM 12 for the block, brick and paver industry. These machines have adopted the latest technology with entry -level options and highly automated finger car system. Apart from that, the 4 station Hermetic Press with automated handling and flexible products like pavers and flag tiles will be the right solution on quality and cost. Shot blasting and colour options with smooth surface finish will be the advantage of this machine.
“Besides, we are doing our standard single station, triple station, mini press and five station press with robotic handling. Forest Press Mega Star series mixers and batching plant with colour dosing, flying bucket and option to use a common mixer for other applications are possible,” he says.
The system in place is most important and process flow should be clearly explained and implemented in any manufacturing industry. It’s crucial to make each team member understand the reason to maintain the quality and after-sales service.
Ensure the sub-suppliers are aware of the functions and necessity keep the parts globally available and always in stock for any emergencies. In the machine industry, these are high-value products mostly customised. So, it is important to ensure the part movement for projects and after-sales service in a proper manner.
The Make in India initiative is getting higher acceptance and a lot more foreign companies have started to initiate the process.
“The international market is accepting Indian quality which they truly believe is much better than China. This is likely to improve as low-quality products are no longer being accepted. Industrial corridors like Bharatmala as well as Start-Up India and Skill India will add value to Indian products,” Manoj says.
