Our CRM complex is equipped with X-ray gauge controls at the rolling and metal coating lines, enabling real-time monitoring of coating thickness and gauge consistency. Additionally, our advanced salt spray chamber with a Cyclic Corrosion Testing (CCT) facility allows us to provide precise recommendations to customers on Al-Zn coatings (e.g., AZ150, AZ180, AZ200) based on specific environmental conditions. This ensures that our coated steel products deliver optimal performance, longevity, and resistance to corrosion in varied applications.  

What quality assurance tests are conducted on Colorshine’s coated steel before dispatch? 

Quality assurance is critical, and our in-house laboratory has extensive testing capabilities to assure optimal product performance.  Our material undergoes rigorous evaluations such as spectrometer analysis that verifies the chemical and mechanical properties of incoming raw material; tensile strength testing, which assesses durability under load; bend testing to ensure flexibility without cracking; impact resistance testing to evaluate structural integrity under high-stress conditions; and salt spray and UV exposure testing, which simulate harsh environmental conditions to test corrosion and weather resistance.

These stringent tests ensure that our products meet global standards and are reliable in construction, infrastructure, and industrial applications.
