Primo Automation Systems Pvt Ltd, established in 1995 is in the business of designing and manufacturing welding automation since 1995. The company offers welding automation solutions for various segments like pre-engineered building structures, power sector equipments, valve industry, wind industry equipment, automobile and storage and pressure vessels.   

The solutions in the segments that may drive the industry in 2016 are infrastructure as a whole and pre- engineered building in particular, power industry, wind industry, railway and storage and pressure vessel fabricators.

Custom built modules suiting to planned or estimated production capacity, giving scope for add on modules for further ramp up are few customised solutions Primo Automation offers in PEB segment. The company manufactures excavator components for earthmoving and construction equipment sector.

• Column and booms from 1*1 Metre to 7*7 Metre travel.

2.Beam welding equipment
• CNC flame and plasma cutting machines
• H beam welding machines for the PEB (Pre-Engineered Segment) sector – thicknesses upto 25mm.
• H beam welding machines for the structural segment – thicknesses upto 50mm.
• H beam welding machines for the industrial segment – thicknesses upto 80mm.

3.Valve industry related equipment
• Valve body to seat ring pressure seal MIG welding system
a. Sizes from 2” to 8”
b. Sizes from 6” to 16”
c. Sizes from 12” to 24”
• 13 per cent Cr. Steel overlaying SAW system
• Cobalt or nickel based alloy overlaying PTA system

In house design capability of the above said welding automation needs and customising them to suit layouts of customers is one of the USP’s of Primo Automation.
