At Roof India 2025, Mount Roofing and Structures will showcase their advanced Sandwich PUF Panels—energy-efficient, durable, and modular solutions designed for modern construction, sustainable practices, and integrated roofing system requirements.
What products or innovations are you presenting at Roof India 2025?
At Roof India 2025, we are proud to present our flagship product—sandwich PUF Panels. As one of India’s leading manufacturers of high-quality Sandwich PUF Panels with our fully automated continuous line, we specialise in delivering energy-efficient, durable, and versatile insulation solutions for various industrial, commercial, and residential applications.
Our focus at this expo is to showcase our innovative panel designs, advanced manufacturing standards, and the customisation options we offer to meet diverse client needs. We look forward to connecting with industry professionals and exploring new opportunities for collaboration.
How do your solutions align with modern construction trends like modular and pre-engineered building systems?
Our solutions are at the forefront of modern construction trends. Our PUF Panels and PEB systems are designed to support faster construction timelines, improved energy efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, key drivers in today’s modular and pre-engineered construction landscape.
Our PUF Panels provide superior thermal insulation, lightweight strength, and easy installation, making them ideal for modular buildings. Meanwhile, our PEB structures offer precision-engineered components that reduce on-site labour and material waste, aligning perfectly with sustainable and time-saving construction practices.

By integrating our products, builders can achieve high-performance structures with reduced project turnaround while meeting evolving green and smart construction standards.
What measures are you taking to meet new environmental standards, such as VOC limits and recyclability requirements?
We are dedicated to promoting sustainable manufacturing and eco-conscious construction practices.
Our PUF panels are engineered with low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) emissions, ensuring they meet international environmental standards and contribute to healthier indoor environments. While PUF panels are not recyclable, they are designed for long-term energy efficiency and thermal insulation, which significantly reduces buildings’ operational carbon footprint.
In contrast, our PEB systems are highly recyclable. We use high-quality structural steel that can be reused or repurposed, supporting circular economy principles. These systems are also fabricated with precision to minimise on-site waste, and we incorporate eco-friendly coatings and finishes wherever possible.
By combining energy efficiency, reduced fabrication and waste, and a focus on long-lasting, sustainable materials, we aim to support the evolving environmental standards in modern construction.
How are you addressing the demand for integrated roofing systems that combine solar, insulation, and waterproofing?
Our PUF panels offer superior thermal insulation and waterproofing properties, making them ideal for energy-efficient roofing systems. To meet the increasing demand for integrated solutions, we are also working closely with solar panel providers to ensure our roofing structures are solar panel–ready, enabling easy and secure installation without compromising the integrity of the structure.
Our goal is to deliver roofing systems that provide insulation, waterproofing, and solar compatibility, all under one integrated design, reducing energy costs and supporting sustainable building practices.

What emerging trends are you observing in roofing technologies across key markets?
We are witnessing several emerging trends across key markets:
· Energy-efficient solutions: There is a growing demand for roofing systems that offer superior insulation, which contributes to overall energy savings. Our PUF panels are designed to meet these needs with excellent thermal performance.
· Quick and modular installation: Markets are shifting toward modular and pre-engineered construction for faster project execution. Our PEB structures are tailored to meet this demand with precision and speed.
· Eco-friendly materials: Sustainability is a key focus, and clients are increasingly looking for low-VOC, recyclable, and long-lasting materials. Our manufacturing processes are aligned with these expectations.
· Solar integration: Roofing that supports solar panel installation is becoming standard. We’re adapting by ensuring our products are compatible with renewable energy systems.
· Low maintenance and durability: Clients expect solutions that are low-maintenance, corrosion-resistant, and weather-proof, which we consistently deliver through our experts in designing high-quality panels and structures.
These trends reflect a larger move towards sustainable, smart, and integrated construction, and we’re proud to be at the forefront of this evolution.
How do you see the roofing market evolving in the near future?
The roofing market is steadily evolving toward sustainable, efficient, and technology-driven solutions. Recent studies estimate the current market size at 23 million sq. ft., highlighting strong growth potential. There’s a significant shift in demand toward energy-efficient roofing systems that provide thermal insulation, faster installation, and long-term durability, all of which are key advantages our PUF panels and PEB structures offer.
There’s also a growing emphasis on modular construction, integrated solar roofing, and eco-friendly materials that meet modern environmental standards. With innovation and performance at the forefront, the roofing industry is poised for a smart transformation—and we’re proud to be leading this shift with our advanced, future-ready products.
