New LiuGong wheel loader 856 H
LiuGong has introduced 856H wheel loader that has been designed to deliver new level of productivity and serviceability to the Indian market. Wheel loader 856H is next generation machine powered with Cummins QSL 9.3 engine specially developed for LiuGong. It has variable hydraulic system, three operating modes – economy, neutral and power.

“LiuGong wheel loader 856H is equipped with 3 cu.m. bucket capacity and wide range of attachments for multiple working conditions, new ZF power train of 4WG208(F4/R3) gearbox and wet axles ideally matched to perform the perfect harmony and ensure optimised performance,” claims Nischal Mehrotra, Director – Sales and Marketing, LiuGong India Pvt Ltd.

Unique features
Wheel loader 856H has operating weight of 17,100 kgs and rear view camera like an extra eye outside machine, creating a safer working environment as the operator concentrate on the work at hand. 856H is equipped with Trimble which provide – geo location and vehicle status (moving/stalled/stopped), real time individual vehicle alerts and diagnostics, fuel consumption, preventative maintenance schedules, geo fencing and more.

LiuGong attachments with pin-on or quick coupler ensure high quality as the machines. Integrated design of the whole system makes a perfect match to achieve the superior productivity. Attachments available are general purpose buckets, rock bucket, grappling with aligned teeth, grass grapple, grapple with crossed teeth and light material bucket. We also make customised bucket depending on the material and its density.

LiuGong has recently launched its revolutionary new product – the Vertical Lift Wheel Loader in Conexpo -USA. This truly new technology marks an important milestone for LiuGong and for the Chinese construction equipment industry. The key innovations of the product are the vertical lift loader arms on an articulating frame and the mechanical self-levelling Z-bar bucket linkage on a vertical lift loader – both industry firsts.
