In waterproofing, crystalline technology based products are fairly new for mega structural waterproofing. Through continuous R&D with innovative reactive additives, further more benefits have been achieved with these products to face the ever-challenging needs occurring at the construction sites. This product from Rossari’s product range from its international collaboration partner Drizoro S.A.U (Spain) is named as MAXSEAL SUPER (WHITE).

Apart from this, Rossari has also introduced its latest generation moisture cured polyurethane coatings which have succeeded in critical applications where most of the other generic products lag. These are versatile products and have immense project references in the international markets. This product namely MAXELASTIC PUR is a single component polyurethane coating which cures in a very short period and is having both waterproofing and chemical resistant coatings as well. Rossari’s two component cementitious and single component flexible coating namely MAXSEAL FLEX and MAXSEAL have wide market scope in residential and commercial buildings waterproofing.

Rossari has also launched cementitious flexible waterproofing sealant in India, namely MAXJOINT ELASTIC for treating expansion joints and gap filling of pipe ingress.

Advantages
It is ideal for deep underground structures due to its high water head pressure which is up to 16 bars. As it is available in white colour also, it has got an advantage of white colour finish along with the specific sheen, which goes very well with the rendering products. To give an example – white finish in basement, or in parking area, saves lot of painting exercise, time and money.
