Although it is its first appearance in bC India, SAP Parts has been representing in Excon for last 3 editions constantly and representing in international trade shows of CE since 2009. With Bauma, the company wishes to have a strong global reach as 2014-15 is ‘global reach year’ for SAP Parts. The company is manufacturer of mechanical face seals.

Understanding global market
The company targets all CE-OEMs to encompass in its circle. Bauma is an exhibition where it can get international exposure and understand the international market. SAP is participating in it with an intention to understand the global market, and requirements of end customers one to one especially in regards to functional performance and competitiveness. To know customer needs with clarity is essential for SAP Parts.

“We expect to meet right global customers for our products who know the technology involved in seals and qualify our performance,” says Mr Kulkarni. “Getting promoted SAP Parts as ‘Make in India’ brand and winning maximum business rolling from the country and internationally, is perhaps the main reason to showcase in bC India.”

Main attraction
Specialty mechanical face seals and precision engg products for off highway industry will be the main attraction. SAP has added the Agro customers of repute and key products of Agro implements are with it to showcase as well. It has also added mechanical face seals in cast iron material for higher and robust applications which will be displayed.

The various other precision products for applications in backhoe loaders, axles, transmission gearboxes will be attraction this year. Along with the products the company also plans to have one to one technology discussion for its clients on their needs to develop new precision parts.

Aiming excellence
This year along with the Duo Cone seals, the company will be showcasing few precision products also at bC India. SAP has always been providing design solution to clients and getting mostly associated with them in critical technical solutions as well.

“Apart from our main business of mechanical face seals, we will be working with our visitors to understand their business critical components and provide them option of best in class,” assures Mr Kulkarni. “In persuit of coninuous improvements, we serve the Design and Engineering solutions.”

The company believes that its quality facility for testing and validation of Duo cone seals will even be an attraction to discuss with its clients and visitors.

New series of Duo Cone seals
This year the company will be launching new series of Duo Cone seals in alloy cast iron.  The casting seals are used a lot in the European market and keeping in mind the reach of this exhibition SAP will be launching the new series of seals.

Also it will have slide frame cylinders of backhoe loader as well and CE- cabin safety lock pin and hinge assembly products for showcase in its product range.  It has been globally accepted for Duo Cone seals and the technology solutions it serves. SAP will be demonstrating the same during the show.
