bauma CONEXPO India 2018 is only the bridge to connect buyer and seller across the globe.Bhajjanka Ispat Pvt Ltd is a fast growing company manufacturing urethane and rubber spare i.e., dewatering screen, hydro cyclone and equipment for sand industry, coal washeries and power plant.

The company has been concerned on its product line, including quality, service, and innovation since last couple of years which contributed a rapid growth of the company. It has seen steady growth of about 15-20 per cent since the last couple of years and we hope to maintain this growth momentum in the current year and the year ahead. We have built a strong team of experienced engineers, and believe in selling only the right quality products on time at reasonable price.

Are any new products of innovations going to be unveiled?
Bhajjanka’s team of engineers having decades of experience in this field, are continuously working to innovate new design of products or equipment since last couple of years. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is equipped with automated machine and bunch of trained technician for consistent quality products.

We are currently developed and supplied the country’s biggest range of products for the processing industry i.e. hydro cyclone, dewatering panels, bucket screen, P U roller, rubber dampers and many more. We have currently started providing support in the form of cyclones with all pipe lines including sand washing plant.

What will encourage your customer to prefer your equipment while buying?
Our policy is to honour and give value of money to the customer. Our commitment, best quality of products as per international standard, best after-sales service, customised drawing to the clients for dewatering screen panel arrangement along with cyclone fitting, reasonable and affordable price, our sales and marketing teams keeps in constant touch with clients and dealer, project team roaming at site to monitor the performance of equipment. We have our own high value QA and QC policy in the organisation strictly maintained by our qualified, experienced engineer and staff.

How favourable are present market conditions for the segment?
India’s aggregate and mining industry has been growing since the last couple of years. We see almost steady growth in the aggregate industry with all projects being implemented, and construction industry accounting for about 8 per cent of the country’s GDP.
