Mac-Lifton hydraulic aerial platforms          
 
Mac-Lifton access platforms are the ultimate machines for overhead maintenance work. These machines can be used for maintenance of street light, aircraft and aerobridge, and also for tree trimming. Now the Mumbai traffic police have acquired the latest design ‘Maclifton Hi-tech Ariel Lift’, platform mainly for the purpose of fitting and maintaining CCTV cameras at important location all over the city by which they could regulate smooth traffic. This platform is used to assist their personal in their work. They can be fitted on to standard commercial vehicles. Power is taken from the truck take-off unit or from prime mover. It is available in 9 meters to 18 meters lift. All safety features are incorporated in the equipment. After sales services back-up is provided along with AMC if required.
 
Mac-Lifton hydraulic platform
Mac-Lifton hydraulic platform is used generally in all airlines and projects for overhead maintenance jobs. The platform is generally 6cm length x 2.3 m forward and backward. The capacity of the platform is 1350 kgs and on extension it is 500 kgs. The platform can be operated from three positions: from truck cabin, platform is covered with one meter railings with opening at the back and for entry a convenient ladder is provided to get in and out, and an opening on the side to move any materials if required. There are four stabilisers, which are given for this platform, which are all hydraulic. The platform, when fully extended, travels to a height of 32 feet (platform height) i.e, working height is 37 feet.  It reaches this height by virtue of multiple scissors vehicle on which it is mounted is (2.1 TATA 1112/42) with PTO observation window is also provided in drivers cabin on the top as an additional safety feature. All the latest features are incorporated in this hydraulic platform.
 
Safety features: Some of the key safety features are a lock valve mounted on each hydraulic cylinder, warning lights in cab to indicate stabiliser and platform position, four hydraulically operated stabiliser and hydraulic pressure switch that prevents the platform from raising unless stabilisers are down. Client list includes Jet Airways, Kingfisher, Spice Jet, etc.
