With just a few settings on the plasma cutting units of the ‘Smart Focus Series’ from Kjellberg Finsterwalde, you can achieve excellent results. The results can be visible within the cutting range of 1 mm to 100 mm. With the N2 Plasma Cutting, you can now cut up to 80 mm of stainless steel or aluminium.
The highest cutting quality and speed are achieved even under challenging conditions. Even under challenging conditions, the highest cutting quality and speed are realised. Therefore, we use our proven cutting technologies, for example, Contour Cut
(named CC) and Contour Cut Speed (named CCS) for cutting mild steel. Small contours, narrow webs, and holes with a diameter-to-material thickness ratio of 1:1 can be cut in excellent quality. Bevels are possible up to 50°. Contour Cut Speed enables cutting at up to 50 per cent faster speeds.
Newly developed gas supply units are available for the Smart Focus series, either manual or fully automated (for all metal
materials, as well as only for mild steel). With these, the user achieves the best cutting results with the highest reproducible quality. The plasma torch PerCut 4000 has been improved as well. They provide precise cuts and the highest cutting speeds. Their unique cooling system guarantees the longest consumable life and reduces gas consumption and costs per cutting meter.
All our products are manufactured in Germany. Our Indian company manages the local business and takes care of sales, service, and marketing activities for India. The local warehouse
in Mumbai and the repair facility in Pune give us a huge advantage in providing quick deliveries and service support on a pan-India basis. Overall, we are active at the moment with three series of plasma sources in India: Smart Focus 130 – 400 Ams, Q-Series 150-300 Ams (latest development for high-end plasma cutting, first 100 per cent Inverter System worldwide, Industrial 4.0) and HiFocus I neo 80 – 600 Ams.
