What is your strategy to expand business for existing product range?
We at Supreme are deeply committed to excellence in our every endeavor like product development, process, quality assurance, service etc. With the help of latest technology and advance methodology we are trying to continuously improve ourselves on these important fronts. We think this is the best strategy to expand our business for our existing product range.

Besides introducing newer and newer advance products on regular basis, we are providing training and plumbing education to various professionals. Besides our knowledge centers, our innovatively designed training and education programs like Plumbing Professional Training Programs and Plumbing Workshops have proved to be a very effective platform to impart training and making the trained workforce available to the industry. All these activities are helping us to know and act on the real time need of the market; based on the feedbacks of the participants. Such rapport helps us in meeting and exceeding customer’s requirements and expectations.

What kind of latest technologies and materials being used for sustainable performance?
Technological advancements are evolving with a greater pace in terms of materials, products and process. Supreme is no exception to the advancements in the industry, on the contrary we are far ahead in implementing latest technologies to improve our product design and quality on regular basis to comply sustainability principles.

Looking at the need for eco-friendly products, sustainability becomes very crucial and it is one of the important aspects while planning and designing of our products. Be it a material, process or design, we give comprehensive thought while planning and development of our products. Plastic itself is a sustainable material because of its simple processing, reprocessing, low power consumption in manufacturing, durability and minimal or no maintenance requirements. Procurement of right materials, deployment of cutting edge technology in manufacturing and quality assurance further helps us to meet sustainability requirements.

What is your expectation from the evolving Indian market?
Being vital among other industries, the piping industry is bound to grow. Looking at the huge growth potential and new emerging application segments, many foreign companies are trying to enter the Indian market. In these circumstances, there will be increased demand for the quality products.

Various ambitious Government projects and programs like 24×7 metered water supply, Har ghar nal, sanitation for all, housing for all by 2022 and smart city projects will further boost the growth of the market. Many new applications like HVAC, fire protection systems, piped gas supply, rainwater harvesting systems etc. are also expected to emerge. With this evolving market scenario we are expecting a multifold rise in demand over a period of time.

What is your company’s outlook for 2022?
Looking at the market prospects we are planning to develop many unique and innovative products for various new application segments. Out of our 25 advanced manufacturing plants; strategically located across the country, 9 plants are dedicated to the piping products. With this infrastructure and with over 8500 products in the range we are at far better position to cater the existing as well as upcoming market requirements. Our R & D is consistently working on various product segments to offer better and newer advance products at affordable costs.
