India Terex has expanded its customer & product support team to improve geographic reach and increase capacity to provide technical support across India. The new additions are based out of Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh, Solapur in Maharashtra, Jodhpur in Rajasthan and Vijayawada in Andhra Pradesh.
New Aftermarket Facility
A new, integrated aftermarket facility at Hosur was launched at the end of 2018, and at approximately 2000 square metres, doubles the parts warehouse area for Terex India. Additional similar capacity expansion has also been undertaken at three other parts distribution warehouses in the country, with a total warehouse space now totaling 6,000 square metres.
Operator Training
