Roots Blowers are commonly used and installed in various sewage treatment plants, effluent treatment plants and water treatment plants for some of the common application like aeration and filter backwash. Cement or fly ash conveying systems are commonly used across Ready Mix Concrete (RMC) plants for conveying cement or fly ash to silo. Acme also provides optional accessories like dry bag filter having high filtration capacity, bin or vent filter, dust collection system, energy efficient drives and transmission systems, transmitters and instruments for safe and reliable performance and operation, capacity control with variable frequency drives, acoustic enclosures to bring down the noise level below 85 dBA or as per project requirements.

Acme Air Equipments Co Pvt Ltd has vast expertise in design, manufacturing, testing and servicing of these products. They can manufacture blowers having maximum capacity of 18,000 cu.m per hour and differential pressure of 1.0 kg per sq.cm. As per technical specifications, ACME can offer air-cooled as well as water-cooled blowers. They can manufacture cement or fly ash conveying systems having conveying rate of 50 tonnes per hour for bulker unloading and 25 tonnes per hour for manual or loose cement conveying.
