bauma CONEXPO India (bC India) 2018 was a good experience. The company secured orders worth ` 30-40 crore the trade fair that was held in Gurgaon from December 11-14.

The company displayed products like mobile crushers for crushing and screening industry, unique equipment suited for cone crushers, among many other alternatives along with RMC that we have launched for ready mix batching plants. We are getting good support from the market and bagging new orders.

Roljack is mainly focusing on sand-making machines which is new in the industry. The company received good response for track-based plants, also RMC, which is a new territory for the same.

“We have got a host of new technologies –have kept over 60 cu.m of plant right now which is very different from other manufacturers in terms of heaviness and quality. We are using imported equipment like Italian equipment for mixing,” according to Sidharth Jain, Director – Sales & Marketing, Roljack Asia Limited.

Mobile crusher is totally new in India which was exhibited at the recent international trade fair for construction machinery and equipment. The design has been taken from Italian companies inspired by players like Radicon and Terex. By offering this technology, the company is providing a very good opportunity for other users also, believes Jain.

While the Himalayan areas and northern areas are being covered by mobile crushers majorly, concrete mix is available with the latest technology. The company feels it is a great opportunity for other users too to use know this technology as they are getting better equipment without the woes of spiking price.
“Our equipment usage is majorly done by contractors in the mining sector, we are also in touch with people in the aggregates and construction,” he said.

As far as mining sector is concerned, it has been good as compared to contractor sector in bC India. “We are expecting 70 per cent orders from mining industry and 30 per cent orders from contractors,” Jain added.

Year 2018 has been quite good for the company with stone crushers leading the pack of performers in its product range. The company has got a host of tie-ups this year from Srei Finance and many other equipment finance players. After doing a business of ` 125 crore in 2018, going ahead, it has robust plans for 2019. The business is likely to witness business of more than ` 200 crore on the back of the revenue earned through all equipment manufactured by the company.
