Vibrant has recently relocated to a state-of-the-art manufacturing unit in Hyderabad, which covers more than 100,000 sq. ft. and caters to manufacturing. The company has expanded its plant range and now manufactures 240 tph output capacity plants. To adapt to the best quality and manufacturing parameters, any manufacturer must maintain the best shop floor cultures, and Vibrant ensures all aspects are in place to follow this system. The company is already ISO-9001 certified and is working on enhancing the quality systems to improve the supplied products.

With these improvements, manufacturing costs are expected to decrease, enabling the company to provide better prices for superior quality products to customers and effectively manage costs.

How do you ensure timely delivery and the highest standards of operation in their products?
The company has implemented quality assurance (QA) and 5S systems to closely monitor and improve manufacturing operations, thereby enhancing the quality of its products. Additionally, the company analyses customer buying patterns to manufacture products in advance and deliver them according to the agreed schedule.
