Vipul Sameer Agencies Pvt. Ltd. manufactures and develops engineering items, which find applications in most of the engineering activities. It also manufactures rubber hoses of all types, which have low to very high pressure applications in pneumatic, hydraulic, rock drilling, shortcreting, sandblasting and concrete systems. Its clients include construction companies, textile, paper manufacturing mills, glass units and government institutions among others.

Expectations
bC India is one of the premier exhibitions in the country and was quite successful in its first edition. This time also there is quite a buzz around the exhibition and the company expects that as it is the only major show in north India on construction equipment, visitors should be good both in numbers and quality.

“With a stable and proactive government at the Centre, the sentiment of the market is improving on daily basis and we believe that the show has come at the right time when we are expecting a turnaround in the infrastructure segment,” says Mr Gupta. “We are participating as we understand that the real customer is looking for a place where he can meet the sellers of a wide range of products needed and take a look at the offerings real time which ideally a show like this provides. We expect to create awareness in the industry about our presence in the market.”

Highlight
“Our USP is primarily our ability to Design, Develop and Deliver (3 Ds) customised parts solutions to companies using a variety of construction machinery. We are also trying to add Delight as the 4th D to complete the customer orientation of our processes,” says Mr Gupta.

The company will be highlighting its 3Ds aspect at bC India stall to impress its customers so that they can depend on it for their critical but hard to find parts requirements.

Products on showcase
The company is dealing in providing solutions- both product supply and service, to the equipment users in the concrete and aggregate industry. It will be showcasing its regular products. It produces and sells replacement wear and spare parts for various equipment:
• Concrete pumps and batching plants for civil constructions and RMC sector
• Stone crushing plants in both merchant selling and road building sectors
• Grouting equipment for soil reinforcement and stabilisation in underground structures.
• Asphalt mixing plants for road building segment.

New product launch
“We are launching our world-class Shotcrete Hose for use in concrete pumping equipment used for mortar and cement spraying during underground works,” informs Mr Gupta.

This hose is specially made for the new age shotcreting machines which require high abrasion resistance, high pressure sustainability and high flexibility – all parameters to be optimally achieved for best performance. Commercially this product is more competitive in pricing but equal in quality.

The product is an extension of its existing range as until now it was importing these hoses from Germany.
