We are buying 3 GJJ hoists from Everest Engineering
.

Rishad Khergamwala, Director – Development, MAIA Estates LLP in an interview with B2B Purchase, explains why he prefers Everest Engineering as their equipment vendor

Experience at Excon

We are predominantly focused on residential development and high-end luxury residential development. My purpose for visiting Excon was to understand what the latest materials and construction technologies are out there. I think, today with the rising cost of raw materials and manpower, we have to look beyond the traditional methods to introduce modularisation and automation into our construction sites. I think these exhibitions give us an opportunity to broaden our outlook towards availability, how we can use it, and how we can integrate it with our existing workforce and systems. I saw a lot of new innovations to improve our project finishing process and reduce dependency on manual workforce.

Your purchase of the latest GJJ Hoist

We bought three GJJ passenger hoists from Everest Engineering Equipment for our luxury project site in Richmond Road, Bangalore. The reason why we purchase their material hoists is, of course, the efficiency of these equipment. As you know conventionally, vertical transportation of equipment is extremely expensive and time-consuming. With these material hoists, we were able to mitigate the time taken and save on the cost of lifting the materials at different heights and various levels. Engineers’ movement is a huge aspect of our sites. We have more than 30 engineers working on our site. Furthermore, this equipment allows our engineers to move around with ease, allowing them to execute their jobs more efficiently. So even for them, being able to execute that task effectively and moving about the building with ease, this equipment provides incredible productivity to our construction site.

Everest Engineering Equipment as a preferred vendor

We got amazing service from Everest engineering for our first project. There we had no downtime issues, we had great support from the maintenance team and the company, which gave us confidence to place orders with them again. Ramdev and team have been very supportive through the whole buying process. Maintaining that friendliness with the customers when they’re buying any equipment, is truly what business is all about.
