We are self-reliant with in-house manufacturing facility for industrial filters
.

Sneha Agarwal Marketing Manager, Filtrec Bharat Manufacturing Pvt. Ltd.

Filtrec has come up with seven-layer elements, an advancement from the existing five-layer elements. The new technology offers high performance in terms of life cycle as well as filtration efficiency. The high dirt holding capacity (DHC) together with low pressure drop increases element life.

Filtrec Has developed filter element which will not generate ESD. Issue of ESD in filter elements can lead to unexpected problem of physical damage of the elements due to an accumulation of Static potential in the media which then discharges within the elements itself.

Recent products innovations at Filtrec

With the introduction of the FH 320 filters, we have made some changes to our pressure line filter. Now we can offer an extensive line of Hydraulic Filters for low, medium, and high flow capacity with various working pressure. In addition, we aim to begin production of our spin-on filters in India soon. We’re also setting up an in-house manufacturing line for filter components like metal tubes and end caps.

Application and maintenance areas of these filters

We are the preferred suppliers for Construction / Mining / Steel & Aluminium / Equipment Manufacturers / Oil & Gas industries / Food & beverage/ Paper & Pulp, including leading Filter manufacturers across the globe

Localising filter manufacturing

We are currently manufacturing a wide selection of filters as per the demand of the Indian market and putting together a spin-on production line. We’re further planning to manufacture the components used in the Hydraulic Filters for in-house consumption. We will be shipping it to our parent firm, as well as targeting other companies in India and abroad for their requirements. As a result, there are a lot of promising prospects in the pipeline.
