Apurva Enterprises began its activities in the field of civil and mechanical engineering services in 1998. The company has diversified into Finroof PVC Roofing systems, light structural fabrication Mukta-Wind ventilators and water proofing coatings.
Apurva Enterprises, undertakes production of Mukta brand wind ventilators. The wind driven roof ventilators find acceptance in a wide range of industrial, commercial and residential applications. The ventilators replace hot/humid air and smoke/gas fumes with fresh ambient air.
Finroof has found application in pharmaceuticals, chemical, food industries, warehouses, and commercial complexes like hospitals, restaurants, sports complex, multiplex, school buildings and factory sheds. Finroof PVC roofing systems are rust free, self insulating and maintenance free. Other roofing materials like polycarbonate and fiber glass sheets for skylighting are also provided. ProductsTurbo ventilatorsThe turbo ventilator is one of the types of roof vents available, famous for its uses of wind power to draw heat and moisture out of the attic space. Turbo ventilators is operated by utilising wind which is a non-conventional source of energy. The system uses the velocity of wind for spinning of vanes. At a low velocity breeze, the vanes of the exhaust system can spin and even after the breeze has stopped, the flywheel effect of the rotor cage will use its stored energy. This facilitates the exhaust system to work round the clock without any expenditure on electricity. The centrifugal force generated by the spinning vanes, creates a low-pressure region which helps in suction of the air. Air drawn out by the suction action is continuously replaced by the fresh air from outside. Easy to install, these ventilators have very low maintenance cost.
Roof ventilatorsRoof vents provide a system in which the outside air is quietly passed through to the roof and attic space. When the temperature outside increases, the air in the roof heats up and rises to the surface. Once it passes through the gap already existing in the roof’s peak, the roof vent naturally draws in cooler outside air through its soffits, to replace the air that has just left. Roof vents boast several advantages over other roof vent systems. Firstly, because of the drawn in outside air from the highest point of a roof, they allow for a more efficient air-flow. This kind of system is most suited to places such as bathrooms and kitchens. Additionally, roof ridge vents can be installed with minimum interference to the existing roof structure, and can be supported by the colours and textures to match the roof. Because most industrial or commercial buildings are flat roofed, ridge line vents are more generally used as residential roof vents.
Air ventilatorsAir ventilation is the intentional movement of air from external environment to inside of a building. Air ventilation is used for providing acceptable indoor air quality. The vents or flues carry the products of combustion which have to be expelled from the building in a way which does not cause harm to the occupants of the building.
