Window Magic’s strategy in current economic scenario is to expand its business in the verticals of real estate and construction industry by supplying uPVC doors and windows.

What is your strategy to expand business for the existing product range?
Real estate and construction are considered an asset by people irrespective of their income. With rising economy, growing urbanisation and increasing individual income; the demand for commercial and residential real estate has increased. Union Budget 2019 focuses on the growth and requirement of the spaces for education, health, logistics and commerce sector. Window Magic’s strategy in current economic scenario is to expand its business in the verticals of Real Estate and Construction industry by supplying uPVC doors and Windows to schools and hospitals along with residential and commercial premises.

What are the trending designs and materials in the Doors & Windows?
Over the past few years, utility and people’s expectations from doors and windows have changed. The demand for designer windows has increased in the market. Nowadays, Architects and civil engineers have also started experimenting with doors and windows in terms of design and structure by using uPVC products.

uPVC products are not only pocket-friendly but environment-friendly as well and also offer multiple functional benefits. They are also available in various designs like Arch windows, Sliding doors and Insect screen etc. uPVC doors and windows are also available in various colours like black and grey to name a few.

What is your expectation from the industry bodies and policy makers to capitalise the present market?
We expect industry bodies and policy makers to promote eco-friendly doors and windows and facilitate standardisation of size and symmetry. Since uPVC products are manufactured to be 100 per cent recyclable, their promotion and standardisation will make a significant difference to our environment and minimise wastage and energy consumption. This will not only benefit the business but also our ecosystem.

What is your company’s outlook for 2022?
Looking into the future, Window Magic hopes to become the most preferred uPVC manufacturer brand in the fenestration market with its range of products with noise resistant, fire resistant and eco-friendly quality. Also by 2022, the company looks forward to extend itself into different verticals and expand their presence nationally and internationally as well.
