Encoform is available in popular thickness of 12 mm and 18 mm weighing 27 kgs and 40 kgs for sheet of 2.5 metres x 1.25 metres.

Enform has a high durability suitable for service class 1 and 2 as per EN 312. It has also excellent fire safe properties having reaction to fire class D-s2 according to EN 13986.
Additionally the sheets are highly environmentally preferred as they are available with PEFC as well as FSC certifications and come with very low formaldehyde emission qualifying for E1 class.

Encoform comes with special film coating on both sides for smooth surface for better concrete finishing. It is suitable for formwork systems, formwork for pillars, walls, framework edges and also minor concrete works.

The advantages of Encoform are extra smooth surface for flawless finishing with excellent mechanical properties. It is highly cost effective alternative and allows multiple reuses up to 15 repetitions. Shipments are available in 40’ FCL’s for most cost effective arrivals at site locations.

Use in forming
Superpan Encoform can be used in two main formwork situations: Freely supported for horizontal works, and attached onto formwork structures with screws.

A critical aspect for the good quality of concrete surfaces involves the need to store boards protected from excessive moisture or direct sunlight, and preferably stacked vertically when not in use.

Formwork preparation
Before any use, regardless of the storage conditions or the interval between uses, a liquid release agent should be applied to the board.

Selecting the most appropriate type of release agent to the type of coating will ensure better results and more reuses, so it is recommended that the manufacturer’s instructions of the release agents be followed to ensure optimal results.
