Steel Balls :
A wide range of Steel Balls available off the shelf in sizes from (? 0.20mm and above (equivalent inch sizes) made of ferrous and non ferrous materials: product range includes of carbon and high carbon high chromium (AISI (SAE) 52100 EN-31); Stainless Steel (AISI-302, 304, 316L 410, 420B, 420C, 440C) Brass, Copper, Aluminum etc. in grade 10 to 1000 as per national and international standards or as per customer’s specifications. (Soft balls also available in various material) Materials Used :
 

Tungsten CarbideTungsten Nickle

Where extreme hardness and wear resistance is required, the ideal material would be Tungsten Carbide. The hardness is Ra 91, with an ultimate compressive strength of 750,000 psi.

Silicone Nitride

An Alternative to Metal & Ceramics. Silicone Nitride has an elasticity 50% greater than steel and can withstand .temperatures of upto 1800°F. The main application for balls of this kind involves Defence & Aerospace industries.

Ceramic 99.5% Alumina

Ceramic Balls may be used in temperatures of upto 1725°C. They are extremely hard and can cope with most furnaces atmospheres.

Cobalt Chrome (Stellite)

Often referred to as Stellite. offers good high temperature hardness combined with excellent resistance to corrosion.

Glass

Soda Lime Glass, Borosilicate Glass Balls of 65 Gpa & 64 Gpa Hardness according to mohs mainly used for Ball Bearings for Chemical and Photo industries. Stirring and mixing glass media beads for aerosol sprays, valves for bottle closures, and for grinding and dispersing of pigments, dye stuff agro chemicals, pharmaceuticals and cosmetic preparation.
 
Rollers : Needle and cylindrical rollers of . ABC are available in designs according to DIN 5402 Sheet 3, and IS 4217-1981, with different shape of ends. Hardened & Tempered to 58-64 HRC (Type BP, BPM, BR) Material Grade: SAE 52100- EN 31, for Bearings and auto industries and many more applications-off the shelf available range of dia min. 1.0mm to 40mm in different and standard lengths.
 
Ball Retainer (Ball Cage) : Diesel Ball Cage Bearings: Made as per customers specific requirements and drawings. Material of Brass/ Aluminum Teflon etc.
 
Bearings : There are over 100,000 different types and sizes of Bearings available in the market to-day. A Ball Creators are able to supply any types or makes of bearing from an extensive network of worldwide manufacturers. Steel Media : Steel Media for surface finishing and vibratory machines. Mainly for Jewellery / Deburring / Descale / Deflash / Remove Die Lines / Pre- plate finish / Degrease Clean / Burnish. Shape available: Steel Balls, Ball Con, Angulcut Pin, Eclipse and many more as per customers’ drawing.
 
Grinding Media :
Application : Cement grinding balls can be used in cement, mine and refractors industries.
