ACC Limited has introduced ACC AEROMaxX, an advanced ultralight filler and insulation concrete, in Delhi and Hyderabad. ACC AEROMaxX is a specialized mineral foam-based insulating technology that transforms into a durable roofing solution at the time of construction, insulating the surface. This unique superlight concrete is a subsidiary of Adani Cement and a member of the Adani Group.

AEROMaxX insulation properties
The product provides various solutions for balancing structural efficiency and thermal insulation by reducing deadweight. Low densities of 300 kg/ m3 and above are available for ACC AEROMaxX. The product is a specific type of mineral insulation foam made of cementitious slurry and designed to produce evenly distributed air bubbles inside, providing the necessary thermal insulation. Due to its precise formulation, which results from ACC’s extensive R&D expertise, it is offered at low densities of 300 kg/m3 and above and ensures to produce of these low densities regularly. It has complete fire resistance, and it can fill cavities of any size and shape.

ACC AEROMaxX helps regulate internal temperature about the exterior temperature because of its superior thermal insulation capabilities, improving energy efficiency and reducing the effects of climate change.
