Surface Finishing Equipment Co. has introduced shot blasting machine for wire rods. This machine is robustly built. The entire blast cabinet is lined with thick alloy steel plates for durable and long life. The machine houses 3 nos. of heavy duty and powerful blast wheel stations which fire shots on wire rod. Sufficient numbers of deflector plates are provided in line with blast station to focus shots concentration on wire rod. The wire rod is fed from coiler and connected to decoiler arrangement and the speed is synchronised as per blast cleaning surface finish requirement of wire rod. The entire machine is well ventilated by powerful dust collector unit. The spent shots are recirculated after through cleaning and screening. Entire operation of machine is automatic and PLC monitored.
