Powered by a 62KVA Escort Diesel Generator, the DISTRIBUTOR 165 has been expertly designed to suit the needs and requirements of contractors, miners, and infrastructure companies who are looking for high ROI equipment with the right power and diesel consumption per hour. The installation and commissioning being taken care of in a matter of 3 days makes the whole process even smoother and faster. The PLC panel attached to the chassis makes sure that the whole flow of the conveyors and screen moves consistently without any manual involvement, with in-line safety features for auto shut down in case of any problem. Optional features include preventive measures for DG and output and input data can be integrated into your mobile through an app and our customers can manage the same in the comfort of their office or home.

Robust Design 

The DISTRIBUTOR 165 features the country’s first wheel-mounted screening plant with four product conveyors and one feed conveyor. At the heart of the equipment is the BHAJJANKA® Vibrating Screen, which has three decks. The robust design of the screen allows it to perform at the highest output with the foldable product conveyor attached to the chassis. The DISTRIBUTOR 165 truly redefines the flexibility it offers for movement of the equipment, thus reducing the cost of concrete casting and other structures. The segregated products get stockpiled through the BHAJJANKA® WING Conveyors designed and placed at different angles for loading and movement. The braking system attached to the chassis is pneumatic and can be attached to practically any standard engine for movement. An optional magnet can be fitted to the conveyor for removing ferrous material if required.
