Delta Electronics introduces the integrated building solutions, offered by Delta Electronics’ subsidiary LOYTEC electronics GmbH, at ACREX 2017.
“We not only showcase that BA Solutions is capable of inter-compatibility with Delta’s full-spectrum energy-saving systems such as HVAC, elevator, lighting, EV charging, energy storage systems and so on, but also demonstrate the successful BA implementation on new Delta Americas headquarters, designed to meet LEED Platinum and net zero standards, effectively improves operation efficiency of building systems,” the company said issuing a statement.
Delta Building Management and Control System (BMCS) is a comprehensive and integrated building management and control platform to improve operation efficiency of building systems and to reduce management complexity and cost. Through the powerful building management software and automation server with multi-protocol support, Delta BMCS can easily integrate existing and new building equipment and control via PC and mobile devices anywhere anytime.
So far, Delta has successfully introduced many actual cases of its BMCS into diverse real-world building application scenarios. The applicable building types include commercial buildings, hotels, subways, data centres, airports, railway stations, hospitals, exhibition halls, and others.
The DALI Lighting System (L-DALI) at Manchester Airport in the United Kingdom has won the LUX Awards 2016 in the category “Industrial and Transport Lighting Project of the Year”. LOYTEC’s Manchester Airport project implements a modern DALI lighting system with constant light control, presence detection and monitoring of energy consumption. Combining the replacement of existing luminaires to a full LED solution, with energy reduction of up to 89 per cent, LOYTEC demonstrated what intelligent building management systems can achieve in terms of energy efficiency, Delta claims.
To get a glimpse of Delta’s advanced building solutions, visit their booth at ACREX 2017 from 23rd Feb to 25th Feb. The booth location is No.L1a at Hall 12.
