Hess Concrete Machinery is one of the global leaders in concrete products manufacturing technology. The company has just completed its two years of operations in India and within a short period of time it has been able to deliver a number of plants in different segments.
Hess Concrete Machinery mainly delivers the equipment to AAC (autoclaved aerated concrete), concrete pipe and culverts, blocks, pavers & fly ash bricks and kerb stones. Presently, the company is working on major projects related to power and steel industries. It is able to convert the ash (top & pond) into construction products without pollution and environmental issues. Steel briquetting is another major area where Hess is able to provide solution for easy handling, storage and blasting of slags. Hess plans to open a new facility in Bangalore which is scheduled to be operational in early next for assembly, service and parts in India.
Apart from concrete, power, steel and infrastructure are the targets. Within each segments Hess Concrete is trying to cover maximum and assist the clients setting up the art of the line facilities. Its global presence and 60 years of experience help them to achieve it. A lot of expansions and diversification is carried out in related industries. ProductsThe company offers all the models including the smallest machine RH 500 – 6000 pcs / 750 sq.mt., RH 600 – 15000 pcs / 1200 sq.mt., RH 1000 – 20000 pcs / 1500 sq.mt, RH 1500 – 25000 pcs / 2200 sq.mt. and RH 2000 with 30000 pcs of block or 3000 sq.mt. of pavers. AAC plants starting with 200 cbm up to 2000 cbm per day and pipe machines from 250 mm dia to 2000 mm dia with 3.5 mt length and its own Schlosser Pfeiffer mixers from 500 litres to 3750 litres which can be utilised for any applications.
Hess is setting up its own facility in Bangalore for its operations in India. This facility will be able to assemble, service and support the running plants across India. The production of pipe machines, hydraulic press machines has already been started which can attach with ready mix plants for the maximum utilisation. The advantage with existing RMC plants is that it can add further products in their portfolio by utilising the same facility and employees.
