Interarch Building Products Limited inaugurates its 5th PEB manufacturing plant in Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh, increasing capacity by 60,000 MT annually and creating 750 jobs, raising total production to 2 lakh MT per annum.

Interarch Building Products Limited, a key player in the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) industry, has opened its fifth PEB manufacturing plant (4th fully integrated unit) in Attivaram Village, District Nellore, Andhra Pradesh. This manufacturing plant is equipped with cutting-edge technology and can produce pre-engineered steel (PEB) structures, as well as pre-engineered metal roofing and cladding systems. This plant will greatly contribute to the region’s industrial development.

The company opened Phase 1 of the plant, which encompasses 4 acres of land and cost INR 40 crores to build. The investment in phase 1 was funded by internal accruals and will enhance Interarch’s installed capacity by 20,000 MT per year. This facility has created approximately 250 new jobs, hence helping the local economy.

The company also held the groundbreaking ceremony for Phase 2 of the factory, which includes 6 acres of land and will boost the company’s installed capacity by 40,000 MT, bringing the total capacity to 2 Lac MT per year. Phase 2’s total plant area will be 2 lac Sq. Ft., with commissioning expected in the following 7-8 months. Phase 2 will be established at a cost of around 57 crores, supported by IPO proceeds. In Phase 2, the company plans to create around 500 direct and indirect jobs.

The new factory is intended to achieve the greatest levels of efficiency and quality. With this expansion, Interarch increases its manufacturing capacity while also offering new chances for employment and economic development in the region.
