Ahmedabad based Kivi Equipments has introduced Texturing & Curing machine in India. The state-of-the-art machine is fitted with crawler based. We also introduce Dowel bar and centre tie bar inserter which is suitable for Wirtgen, G&Z, Power Paver, Gomaco and Hem Slipform Paver.

Texturing & Curing machine and Dowel Bar Inserter offered by Kivi have working width of minimum 2.75 metre to 12 meter and it’s also suitable as per various section of Slipform Paver.

Kivi provides maintenance services for free and the machine is easy to operate. It’s all spare parts are easily available in all over India. The company have used MOBA make sensors for smooth and accurate results. The hydraulic pump used in Kivi’s Texturing & Curing Machine is USA-make that gives longer life. The machine has high pressure water pump with high pressure motor for curing purpose, which gives required pressure for curing. The curing tank has also separate hydraulic motor for curing chemical mixing.

Kivi contributes in making and importing all types of spares parts related to Slipform Paver like track pad, track link, all hydraulic spares, electrical spares, mechanical parts, hydraulic vibrator, electrical vibrators etc.  The company has also designed ready mix plaster plant, sand screening machine and concrete batching plant as per customer required. The company is also an exclusive dealer of Polytron (USA) Lubricants for maintenance free in all construction machinaries. It also has additional supply of manual bull float and texture brush.

Kivi has designed Centre Tie bar unit suitable for Wirtgen SP-500 model. This centre bar is also set as per customer requirement and the company are using hydraulic valves from Rexroth make.

In future, Kivi plans to introduce Slipform Paver in the range of 2.75 metre to 7 metre width with dowel bar inserter, centre tie bar, side tie bar, oscillating beam, and super smoother assembly.

The company also supplies different types of spares like paving kit (mould), metering gate, electrical or hydraulic vibrator, augur or spreader plough, chassis extension, all types of hydraulic cylinder, oscillating beam, super smoother plate and its pipe assembly etc. All the attachments are suitable for SP-500, SP-850, SP-1200, of Wirtgen, G&Z and Power Paver etc.

Over the years, Kivi has also gained expertise in overhauling of all types of old machineries in Slipform Paver. The company is in the field of concrete equipment since 20 years and has developed and repaired all types of concrete machineries like hydraulic piling rigs, asphalt paver, concrete batching plants, kerb paver etc. Today it has also been designing piling tools and other accessories.
