MIG/MAG welding torches from fronius offer the advanced technology and quality that let you concentrate on the job in hand, rather than the equipment. All welding torches are designed to the last detail to guarantee precise results and ease of use.

All of Fronius’s torches are optimally matched to the entire welding system whether air or water-cooled, manual or automated or robotic operations.

MIF torches are made of high-grade gas cooled welding torch for steel, the torches are applicable for machines and vehicle construction. MIF torches are also suitable for a welding current of up to maximum. 230 A.

MIF torches for the AL2300 variant are available in the following versions:

• AL2300 is available in the standard version (without additional function)
• AL2300 Up/Down: In the handle integrated remote control for continuously regulation of the parameter which is active at the welding machine.
• AL2300 Job master: with the remote control integrated in the handle, following parameters can be selected with the menu keys (left-right): welding current, speed of wire, first saved jobs and length of arc. With the Up-Down keys the parameter can be stopped at the desired value and indicated on the triple digit display.
• Multilock is another feature that is easy exchange of the torch body by a bolt connection at the hose pack. Obtainable with Up-Down and Job master function
• Process: Base metals. Constructional steels, coated constructional steels, ferritic / austenitic Cr Ni steels, duplex steels, nickel-based materials, aluminium materials, magnesium materials, copper materials. 
• The length of the hose pack is 3- 4.5 m. The welding current which is Co2 is 230 A. Welding current ArCO2 is 200 A while the welding current for Co2 is 230A.The duty cycle is 40 per cent. The wire has a thickness between 0.6 to 1.0mm.
