Having a workforce of around 3000 employees provides a diverse experience, allowing us to be one of India’s top seal manufacturers and exporters. We not only provide hydraulic seals, pneumatic seals, and o-rings for rotary seals but also manufacture customised seals like hub seals and cassette seals that go into large containers, V-belt couplings and mountings for power transmission applications, rubber sheets, extrusion items, and mostly all other industrial spares. We are a one-stop shop for all kinds of sealing requirements.
Seal is a ubiquitous product with never-ending requirements. They are essential, tying elements in every business. It is primarily manufactured for oil and gas companies, steel mills, food and pharmaceutical companies, hydropower, agriculture, cement plants, machine tools, hydraulic and pneumatic walls, and other industries.

Our compounds have been evaluated at an international standard-certified laboratory called SGS. We have all the credentials and standards, such as the FDA certificate, and we ensure to meet the eco-friendliness, Also we adhere Reach and ROHS standards.
How do you ensure manufacturing quality at your facility, and what are the advantages?
Max Spare is a worldwide-recognised organisation with a strong presence in various sectors. We are one of Asia’s largest Seal manufacturing companies. All processes, like tooling and compounding, are completely under our control. Our typical lead time is one week, as per the demand and high consumption of the seals from the customers. Everyone requires economical products, so we do our best to supply cost-effective products to our consumers worldwide. Max Spare products are manufactured in-house and are best-in-class and economical. Furthermore, these products are incredibly durable, trustworthy, and of consistently excellent quality. The consumers can use the products for an extended period due to their quality and durability. Hence Replacement is not required for a longer period, which is also part of cost effectiveness.
Please elaborate on your manufacturing capabilities, exports, and worldwide reach.
Max Spare uses raw materials with global standards procured from well-known global companies such as DuPont, Lanxess, Bayer, Huntsman, etc. We have our own material compounding laboratory set up in house. All the material tests, like hardness tests, compression tests, and other parameters, are performed in our own laboratory. In terms of exports, we are one of the world’s Largest Exporters having a presence almost in each continent majorly, North America, South America, Europe, Asia, Middle-East etc.
From our total turnover, 50 percent is from exports. The Indian economy is the world’s second-largest, so Indian enterprises must have substantial exposure in North America and Europe. We’re selling practically everywhere, which is another significant exposure.
