Saicon has come up with a solution which is suitable for both corner welding as well as V welding

The portable UPVC window and door welding machine which is available for both corner welding as well as V welding. Being developed by Saicon, a Kolkata based company; the product is being manufactured in India.

According to the company, the product is very light in weight as compared to other UPVC welding machines available globally by Chinese, Turkish or German suppliers. The company claims that the machines available globally weighs almost 300 kgs, whereas the Saicon portable UPVC welding machine weighs only 21.5 kgs. This offers a big advantage that it can be easily taken to the site for work if the factory is far away from the site to reduce transportation cost.

The machine also works in 220 V single phase which is generally available everywhere. One more benefit it offers is its reduced welding time. It takes only 10 seconds to weld each corner of the UPVC frame whereas the other machines require a minimum time of 30 seconds to weld each corner.
However, the company assures that being faster and lighter also, it does not compromise with the quality of the product. It also becomes a very essential machine when the size of the window or door is too big to lift it at site, then the profile can be welded on the spot at the site using this machine. 

Saicon initially developed fully portable UPVC window manufacturing machines in India. Till date UPVC window making machines used to be very expensive and required factory setups to manufacture the windows. However the new light-weight range manufactured by Saicon gets tested in laboratories to pass all the necessary strength and quality tests. The company offers services for fully portable UPVC window and door manufacturing plants.

It has already sold 900 machines in 3.5 years out of which 150 have been sold in India only. It is exporting the product to 40 countries globally as well. In fact Saicon not only supplies fabrication machinery, but also provides holistic training and after sales support to the prospective fabricators, the company backs its offerings with comprehensive warranties.

Saicon also specialises in innovative products like high quality coloured UPVC windows and doors. Traditionally only white colour has been used for UPVC windows, however the company has brought 12 beautiful shades for its clients to choose from.
