Schmalz, a specialist in vacuum technology, has purchased Binar Handling AB, a Swedish company, along with its four subsidiaries in Europe and Asia. This acquisition has enhanced Schmalz’s position in the market for ergonomic handling technology. Binar Handling specialises in manufacturing systems capable of supporting loads weighing up to 600 kilograms. As a result of this acquisition, Schmalz can now provide solutions for delicate balancing and ergonomic handling products, such as the Neo 30, Quick Lift Arm, and Quick Lift Rail.
Binar Neo 30
The NEO 30 can be installed on the most common rail systems with an easy and quick installation. Attach the swivel to the trolley with an eyebolt, and the NEO 30 is ready for use. There is no need to add space or money for a media supply because the NEO 30 has a battery as its sole energy source.
The NEO 30 can handle goods up to 30 kg with safe and precise movements from the operator’s hand. Together with the NEO 30, a wide variety of standardised end effectors are provided as options.
Binar Quick Lift Arm
Our control handle incorporates all the expert knowledge required to combine efficiency and ergonomics. Our lifting devices, combined with our manipulator’s arms, are designed for 50, 100, 200, and 300 kg. The manipulator’s arms are often mounted on floor pillars but can also be suspended from the ceiling. The arms have an ultra-lightweight design because they are thin but solid so-called “ultra-high-strength steel” (UHSS), and are, therefore, very easy to use.
Binar Quick Lift Rail
The rail systems are available in Quick-Lift Rail (QLR) and Quick-Lift Driven (QLD). Quick-Lift Rail is rail-mounted equipment with manual movement in the X and Y axes). Quick-Lift Rail is rail-mounted equipment with manual movement in the X and Y axes. Vertical lifting from 50 to 600 kg can be done using QLR, and it is very smooth when using our precision control handle. QLD is mounted to the ceiling or floor rails and offers unique motor-assisted operation on the X and Y axes, following even the most minor movements of the operator. This helps maintain a high speed over long distances without strain. This is an optimal solution when working in a large area. For more details, please visit us at WWW.BINARHANDLING.COM
