Could you brief us about SDHP Fasteners and Roofing screws and also about their features and benefits?
SDHP Fasteners are 100 per cent directly manufactured in a factory based in Taiwan. The entire procedure abides by the AS3566 standards. During the production process, no corners are cut and strict quality control procedures are followed. This allows us to give a thorough attention to detail, offer sound customer service and world-class products.

What is SDHP’s manufacturing infrastructure and capacity?
SDHP’s manufacturing infrastructure is vast and comprises an efficient 3000 square-meter manufacturing area. In addition to that 4,500 square meter packaging and warehouse facility is also available. The manufacturing capacity is approx. 400 metric tons per month.

Where in India and overseas SDHP products are being used?

The company’s products are used all across India and we deal with a variety of clients. The clients of SDHP in India include small roofing fabricators, mid-level PEB companies and major PEB and roofing companies. If we talk about our operations internationally, we have a presence in Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh and Myanmar.

How is your company catering to the construction of PEBs?

SDHP Fasteners gives expertise and on-site education to clients on the correct choice and usage of the screw. Finer aspects such as the precise installation of the end product using different methods including drilling is also pointed out. We also get information on fasteners design, building regulation for PEB construction and likewise keep ourselves updated on market needs.

Could you tell us about your distributorship/dealer network?
SDHP has distributors in every state of India who work in symbiosis with the local dealers. SDHP Fasteners are available at most of the hardware shops, profile sheet dealers, nut/bolt and hand tool dealers across India. Our products are made available in some of the most rural parts of India as well.

What is your after sales service and do you provide any consultancy?
SDHP offers a comprehensive after sales service that entails on-site education to our clients on the correct choice of screw, where and how they should be used, and how to drill and drive correctly. The company’s consultancy also offers videos, written instructions, demo packages, brochures and sample boards to help with the selection, usage, installation and maintenance of SDHP Fasteners.
