With the continued rise in infrastructure projects, how do you think it will benefit the Formwork Industry?
After Covid-19, we anticipated that the construction sector would witness a boom in infrastructure projects. Currently, we are witnessing a growth in construction-related activities, with time-bound projects and target[1]based products. The government of India has sanctioned infrastructure projects across India and tenders are being awarded to companies, who can deliver projects on time. Sharp Ply supports such companies with its innovative product range which includes system formwork and various stock components such as playboards and formwork beams.

What is your take on cost-efficiency and safety practices while using formwork for the construction of a project?
Sharp Ply’s products are very robust, it can be used multiple times unlike competitors products available in the market. We follow safety measures laid down by our partner company Variant Factory Ltd based in the Ukraine. The design of the product is minimal and can be easily used by masses. So no wonder it is considered as one of the most user friendly products available in the market by experts and users alike.

What kind of latest technological trends are we witnessing in the Formwork industry?
The technological changes and special grades of all raw materials have allowed us to boost the load-bearing capacity of our system formwork by reducing the weight of the system. This ensures the product can function efficiently even when the question of additional load arises. What are the major takeaways from the recently passed Union Budget?
The Union Budget didn’t have any major takeaways for us but the government’s decision to scale up infrastructure projects and design them in line with the international standards is commendable

As mentioned earlier, our formwork system is robust and the raw material used is of the best quality. Having said that, the sites need to handle and manage these products with care. This will enable them to last longer and function efficiently for a longer time period.
