Product development
Spartan’s state-of–the-art manufacturing facility, spread over 5 acres at Atgaon on Mumbai-Nashik highway, is fully equipped with world-class equipment to manufacture construction equipment and fire evacuation lifts. The production facility covers fabrication, production assembly, testing, R&D, design and development, spares management and despatch.

The company’s design team participates in exhibitions across India and globe to study the industry and machineries. Once this design is ready it is shared with production team to prepare a prototype. Once aprototype is manufactured it is tested in-house and at site to ensure smooth operations at all possible and critical conditions, after certain modifications and successful running of the equipment it is sent to production for mass manufacturing.

Quality
All measuring and testing Instruments with calibration from NABL Laboratories. This process includes the use of AMADA CNC Punching machine for all hoist sheet metal components. It has high rate of accuracy and consistent repeatability. It is easy to operate and any complex machining operations is also made easy. Horizontal Machining Centres (HMC) perform better in speed, accuracy and reliability. Its high-speed, high-performance spindles feature supports us in achieving the speed and part quality that matter the most.

R&D
Spartan’s Design and Development team consists of 20 plus dedicated professionals with expertise in engineering design and development. The design team uses Solid Works for 3D solid model design, static and dynamic analysis Finite Element Analysis (FEA) of machine components and documentation. Company’s design engineers study the structural, static and dynamic load requirement, load deflection characteristics and working conditions of the end application. Entire structure of machine has been designed on basis of FEA study by considering various loading conditions to ensure the life, reliability and safety. The company has an in-house training facility to impart training on safe usage and maintenance of machines to its engineers and operators.
