Mec Shot has developed automatic air operated blasting machine for the de-burring, de-scale for cookware, aviation and automobile industry to consistency in repeatability. This abrasive blasting machine is featured with rotating satellites and indexing turntable with multi guns oriented at different blasting stations or reciprocating guns depending on the job profile.

Mec Shot Models SB-SP-2, SB-SP-4 and SB-SP6 operate on the suction principle of abrasive blasting. The lifted abrasive gets mixed with the compressed air in the blast guns to strike the job to be cleaned. The plates are loaded or unloaded on revolving satellites mounted on indexing turn table. The revolving plates get blast cleaned by two fixed guns. The un-blasted surface is protected by masking plate, the abrasive get recycled automatically for continuously un-interrupted blasting operation. The dust generated during the blasting operation is trapped in dust collector and clean air is let out in atmosphere. Thus keeping the environment eco-friendly.n
