In the current scenario, what kind of growth do you foresee in mobile crushing and screening solutions? What kind of innovations are being sought?
Proman has actively pursued the relocatable plant business which is easily transportable on skid or wheel mounted plants. Track plants are good for some applications but if the plant can be set up and demobilized quickly with less cost of cranage and transport, the relocatable plants are preferred in most applications. Proman has successfully implemented this concept.

Currently, what products are you banking on? What are some of the premium features of these products?
Proman has a strong unit crusher range and we give very effective 
solutions to the existing plants to improve productivity and quality. Our modular turnkey plant solutions are also very popular with the customers.

How much of a role does weather conditions and soil play in the selection of crushing and screening product?
The weather and rock conditions do play an important role and we understand the application during the design of the plant. We try to incorporate as much as possible by educating the customer keeping the equipment and plant flexible to the changes.

The GOI has tried to expedite grant of mining leases, as an industry stakeholder, what impact will this move have on your future business prospects?
Clarity and transparency by GOI in granting mining leases are very important for the industry as the customer will be encouraged to invest as the capital investments are huge and the customer can also get funding from the finance institutions.

What kind of changes have you implemented in your existing workflow and supply chain to conduct your business smoothly in the current period?
In the new normal post-Covid, customers are keen to associate with professional equipment manufacturers and would not like to take risks in choosing their supply partners. We are using updated processes in sales, application, service support and manufacturing process and latest communication technology to work safely and support customers effectively and we have successfully implemented changes without major effect on our business.
