Half a decade into trading, Vanjax evolved into a manufacturer of hydraulic jacks and set up its own factory (12,000 sq ft) in Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. In due course, the manufacturing activity developed into a larger industrial estate with a new manufacturing unit (100,000 sq ft) at Sriperumbudur, Chennai, Tamil Nadu. Now truck-mounted coconut harvester is being offered by Vanjax Sales Pvt Ltd from its factory near Sriperumpudur. Salient features of the Coconut Harvester: 

• Lightweight model with high tensile steel with telescopic boom reduces the vehicle GVW and reduces fuel on running.
• Can be mounted on 3,300 mm WB vehicle with 7.5 t GVW in 6/4-wheeler model
• Can be given for 18 m height (59′) to reach coconut trees.
• Features like engine start and stop from basket will reduce the engine idling time.
• With LCV more areas/distance can be covered.
• Truck deck will be with stainless steel chequered sheet for long life and aesthetic.
• All glass will be covered with weld mesh for protection.
