Please talk about the products exhibited at bC India 2018.
In bauma CONEXPO INDIA 2018, we are showcasing B4e – a Track Mounted Jaw crusher module with a hybrid zero emission drive option which we are launching in India at this bauma . This is driven with all electric drives, through the plug-in directory with electricity. You also have the in-built diesel engine. The same technology will also be used in almost all our upcoming future machines. If you see the logo, everywhere it’s ‘e’ which represents our concern about our nature, our concerted efforts through research and development to produce machines that will protect our environment in a sustainable manner.

We still have to keep the option of a built in diesel engine / generator because so often crushing plant sites are in remote areas where consistent availability of electricity could be a problem and in such an eventuality an additional option is available to our customers ; Secondly, diesel being one of the most volatile commodity in India and simultaneously one of the highest contributor to operation Cost of Crushing / Screening projects, there’s always uncertainty for an Operator when fully dependant on Diesel.

Additionally, Our machines are built heavier for long life through rugged site operations and together with the flexibility of the Tracked systems, compatible configuration options and modern applications for Parts and service support – we at Keestrack are ready to provide our customers in India a most satisfying Operation and Support with a most efficient system that also is ‘Zero Emission’ !!

How cost efficient are your products in terms of pricing for customers?
One of the secrets of the growth of Keestrack as the fastest growing company in Mobile Crushing equipment lies in its ability to provide a most efficient performance which also is lowest in terms of total cost of production. Use of electricity as energy to fuel our operation makes a significant contribution towards this objective together with its built quality, Efficiency of performance, Parts & support management, quality of sub-components and the self checking / self diagnostic features.

How often are you catching up with the pace and demand of customers?
Today, we are supplying over 700 machines all over the world. We have factories in China, Czechoslovakia, Italy, and the new one coming up in India. Even through the period of recession, when the market dipped worldwide, the infrastructure and construction equipment business witnessed major slump globally , our sales still went up. And we attribute a large part for this to our innovations, use of Modern techniques and technologies and our ability to make flexible systems that constantly upgrades, reconfigure and adopts newer technology to meet the constantly changing market and customer’s demands.

How do you look at the road sector demand for aggregates in India?
The industry is bullish not just about aggregates, but mining as well. The large infrastructure projects already on their way has made this industry grow at over 20 per cent consistently over the past few years ; going by the huge planned outlay and projects already on their way , India is slated as one of the largest Infrastructure investor during the next few years; Also , While we are doing very little recycling currently, the Demolition-Recycling industry is now poised to be one of the top catalyst to augment the demand for machines for recycling .

How are the green zone restrictions impacting quarrying?
Green zone restrictions are impacting quarrying and one should be careful about the same. So, we are making our machines greener. The machine you are seeing here at the exhibition, is zero emission machine ; even the engines are now slated for major emission control norms. We through our innovations are gearing up to meet the demands for the future and will always be one step ahead in terms of this as our very core principle.

How was the year 2018 for you and what’s your outlook for 2019?
We just began in 2018 since the company was incorporated a year back, and our factories are under construction. During this period, we built a core team and are now building secondary / support teams, associates and vendors . We have sold about four machines already on import basis, to create our footmark before Indian made machines make their inroads into the market.

Projects like Bharatmala, SagarMala, port connectivity, upcoming Railway projects, etc, form core drivers of business.
