What is the market size for training?Considering the equipment training, the focus is on the construction industry. Considering the soft-skill training and recruitment, the focus is on entire infrastructure industry.
What kind of requirement you get from existing project stakeholders?I get enquires all kinds of equipment trainings. There is an issue of the training which would consist of huge range of products.
What are the main challenges you see in retaining talent pool for project sector companies? How do you evaluate the scenario?Retaining talent is a huge task. Considering the project sector, the major issue is the work environment which has to change. Second could be very few chances for career development. When stagnation arises in career, every employee looks out for new opportunities. If those opportunities are available in the existing company, what could be better than that? This needs proper planning of the career development which can be done through proper evaluation of the performance of the candidate.
Can you brief on your presence in the market and various activities for different segments?We are currently serving manufacturing and IT industries with recruitment and soft-skill trainings. We also have specific stress management sessions for the IT industry.
What are your objectives behind participating at bC India 2013?We are looking forward to extend our services to the infrastructure industry. bC India is a platform where we can reach the mass in the infrastructure industry.
