MAN Industries (India) Ltd. (MIIL), has entered into a technical collaboration and know-how agreement with Singapore-based OMS Oilfield Services Pte. Ltd. (OMS), one of Asia’s leading oilfield services and manufacturing company, through its subsidiary Company, Man Offshore & Drilling Ltd. (MODL).

As part of the agreement, OMS shall grant MODL technical knowhow, technology and trademarks to manufacture specialty connectors and cross over for operations in India. This collaboration shall enable MODL to manufacture high-quality specialty connectors and cross over for large diameter conductors and surface casing for oil and gas and well construction.

While talking about the collaboration Dr. R. C. Mansukhani, Chairman, MAN Industries (India) Limited, said, “This agreement would provide us with all the necessary technical expertise for the manufacturing of the value added products. It will further aid the company to increase the existing product offerings and cater to the growing demand in the niche segment of Oil & Gas Industry.”
