Could you elaborate on the product you showcased at the event?
We introduced our innovative slap deck technology and our column and wall frameworks. Furthermore, we showcased our complete plastic framework system, exhibiting its adaptability and ingenuity. We are the first in India to develop patented plastic formwork technology. Our system features a unique locking mechanism and is the only plastic formwork system in the country.
In what ways is your product environmentally sustainable?
There is a widespread misperception that plastic is not sustainable; nevertheless, our shuttering system is one of the most sustainable solutions available today. The technique allows for many repetitions, with an average of 150-200, as opposed to only five to seven for plywood, which requires frequent replacements. This makes our approach very viable and cost-effective. Furthermore, it is 100 percent recyclable, and to encourage the circular economy, we provide our clients with a 25 percent replacement value. When the panels end their useful life, which is normally five to seven years, clients can return them and exchange them for new ones.
Furthermore, recycling our plastic panels requires far less energy than steel, aluminium, and other materials. This promotes sustainability by lowering energy use and waste. Furthermore, our plastic technology reduces on-site waste. We have also taken an extra step towards sustainability by incorporating solar energy into the manufacturing process at our Ghaziabad plant, increasing our panels’ environmental benefits.
Do you export your products to international markets?
We actively sell our products to overseas markets, including Dubai and Sri Lanka. In addition, we have conducted successful projects in Bhutan, South Africa, East Africa, and other locations, broadening our global reach.
How do you ensure worker safety on-site?
Our formwork is plastic, making the system safer than steel or other materials. It is also highly lightweight, which reduces the risk of mishaps by making it easier for personnel to manage and use. While general safety protocols apply to all construction materials, this system’s lightweight design improves on-site safety even more. All safety precautions and standards must be followed to create a safe workplace.
Do you offer training or skill development programs for labourers?
We ensure that our engineers visit each site and provide complete training on disassembly, installation, and all other safety measures. They go over all the do’s and don’ts to ensure correct handling. We keep connected with our customers until the project is completed, providing continual support. Our team is always available to help if you require more assistance.
