The centrifugal fans are the latest generation fans with a proven design. Impellers are backward curved with radial blades which prevent sticky dusts from adhering to the blades. They are highly efficient and less noisy. Their efficiency is equivalent to systems that use aerofoil bladed impellers. Well designed to meet high static pressures, large volumes and also to handle high dust concentration. Ranges from 250 m 3 /hr to 2,00000 m 3 /hr upto 1000mm WG. Material of construction are mild steel, rubber lined, FRP and stainless steel to suit the application. Special wear resistant lining is done to handle high abrasive dusts. All fans are tested as per I.S. specifications with suitable test rigs.
The impellers are dynamically balanced as per standards to ensure vibration free, noiseless running even at high speeds.
 
Used for collection of coarse dust particles, our cyclones are effectively designed to remove dust with an emission level of 200 mg/m 3 . The pressure drop across the cyclones are as low as 50-100 mm WG resulting in energy saving. For high dust loading condition, they act as primary filtering system before the bag filter. They do not require any maintenance. Multicyclones are offered to handle larger volumes of hot gas and to achieve better operating efficiencies. Rotary air cut valves or double flap valves are used as discharge devices to these cyclones.
 
A compact and mobile (on wheels) with low noise level suitable for wide range of indoor applications. The filtering capacity is as high as 3-5 microns with an efficiency of 99%, which complies well with the indoor air quality standards.
They are energy efficient, easy to install and maintain for high dust extraction requirements, with dual cleaning system consisting of bag filters with cyclonic entry.
The cleansing mechanism is by manual/mechanical shaking. Widely used for valuable-dust recoveries. Silovent filters are widely used in pneumatic conveying systems involving storage silo.
 
Bag filters offer high efficiency, less maintenance and longer life. The bags are sealed by snap rings to ensure easy removal of the bags and cages. Automatic cleansing is by pulse jet (compressed air) through venturi nozzles. Our bag filters can handle high dust loads, moisturuous dusts, flue gases at high temperature by using the most suitable selection of filter fabric and filter area.
We offer a wide range of filters like polyster,  polypropylene, non-woven polyster with needle punched PTFE coated, anti-static etc. We do offer Nomex, Ryton,P-84 etc for high-temperature applications. We also widely use new generation pleated bags / cartridges with very high filtrations efficiency upto 99 % down to 3 microns. This enables us to design compact bag filter unit saving lot of floor space and makes maintenance easy.
Outlet emission levels can be assured less than 50 mg/Nm3 through our filters.
