Saint-Gobain names Sreedhar N. as CEO for Asia-Pacific and India operations

After six successful years as Saint-Gobain Group CFO, Sreedhar N. has been appointed CEO for Asia-Pacific and India, beginning April 2025, while being a member of the Executive Committee.

In June 1994, Sreedhar N. joined the Group as a Management Accountant in the Abrasives business in India.  In 2003, he relocated to Paris to work in Corporate Finance positions. In 2006, he was appointed CFO of Gypsum & Insulation in Spain, Italy, Benelux, Switzerland, and Egypt. He returned to India in 2008 as Vice-President Coated & Superabrasives before becoming Vice-President Abrasives India in 2010. In 2015, he returned to Paris as Vice-President Finance for the High-Performance Materials Sector, where he also oversaw Strategy, IT, Digital, and Purchasing.

Since January 1, 2019, he has served as the Group’s Chief Financial Officer. As Group CFO, Sreedhar played a key part in Saint-Gobain’s successful transformation, greatly enhancing investor perception.  He has made important contributions to the Group’s portfolio rotation through key disposals and acquisitions. He has been key in helping the Group to generate significantly stronger financial performance in recent years, as well as in developing the cash culture, resulting in increased cash flow generation and shareholder value creation. 

After more than six years as the Saint-Gobain Group’s Chief Financial Officer, he has been appointed as the next Chief Executive Officer of Asia-Pacific, covering Australia and New Zealand, as well as CEO of Saint-Gobain India, beginning in April 2025.  He remains a member of the Executive Committee of Saint-Gobain.
