Suvidha Parklift Ltd. customizes the parking solution for each and every customer and project (Commercial complex, Residential complex, IT Park, Hotel, Hospital, Showroom, etc) as per their requirements – area of land available, number of cars to be parked, maximum height the parking tower can go up above the ground, or below the ground, traffic flows, etc. All the products of Suvidha Parklift can be broadly classified into 3 categories:
Fully Automatic Multilevel Parking Systems: These are particularly suitable for large parking of several hundred car spaces, such as public parking with hourly rates or private parking for large buildings. Each system is composed of two main elements: Elevator and Shuttle. They are suitable for projects which are underground, above ground, or a combination of both.
Puzzle Parking Systems: These systems offer a series of lateral and vertical movement of pallets to accommodate maximum cars within the available area. These are self-supporting steel structures and operated through Programmable Logic Controls (PLC’s). Parking is possible from 2 to 6 levels above the ground, or a combination of both above ground and underground.
Stack Parking Systems: These are meant for parking two passenger cars one over the other and are standard units for accommodating two cars in the space of one. These can be installed in a series one besides another.
With the above-mentioned systems, one can accommodate more number of cars within the available space, when compared to conventional parking systems.
A large variety of parking systems suitable for installation indoors, in basements, open floors or open spaces outside commercial buildings, residential buildings, shopping malls, and other public places can be supplied. Such multilevel automated car parking systems have been installed all around the world, especially in Europe, Korea, Japan and some other parts of South-East Asia.
There is an overwhelming need for these systems because of increasing traffic and non-availability of adequate parking spaces, especially in urban cities. The most unique feature of such systems is that they increase the parking space available on the ground by more than 30%, depending upon the kind of system installed and the contours of the space available.
Multilevel parking systems require careful planning and assessment of the space available, traffic flows, and the capacity utilization within that space. These systems can be integrated within concrete (RCC) structures. The individual components are installed inside this structure for its operation.

The whole structure can be customized as per customer’s requirements and limitations. Each level inside the parking system can be varied as per the dimensions of various cars, as SUV’s would need a much larger clear height than a normal sedan. These systems can be built for maximizing space and volume utilization.
