Procurement and Payment concernsSpeaking on procurement and payment concerns Kiran said, “Our final products depend upon number of raw material and here our procurement practices play a very major role which is 60 per cent of the total work.”
He adds, “As per today’s market condition plain credit terms for payment is not feasible. So we always ask for 100 per cent payment before dispatch of the material. There are some customers, who are with us for very long time, we are giving them around 30 days credit or 30 days PDC.”__________________________________
