Major areas of concern for the HVAC system is condensation, loss of energy through thermal bridging, indoor air quality and fire concern. By installing effective insulation products, the longevity of the HVAC system is ensured along with safety for the entire structure. Also, there have many unfortunate incidents across the world where mishaps have occurred due to use of lower quality insulation products. Hence, it becomes extremely important for us to use the best quality insulation products for the safety and well-being of our dear ones and the society.

Focuses on multiple industries
Armacell products and offerings have a significant contribution towards maintaining energy efficiency in buildings, warehouses, commercial towers, hotels as well as industrial plants. In line with the innovative product portfolio worldwide, we make insulation which is used primarily for lower temperature applications – below ambient and above ambient as well. We primarily operate in four segments viz. advanced insulation, acoustic insulation, high-temperature insulation, and structural insulation.

Armacell India has recently launched 2 products with focus on multiple industries. ArmaFlexAlu E is the latest offering from Armacell India which combines excellent fire performance with superior aesthetics and forms a complete insulation solution for ducting. The other offering is Class 0 ArmaFlex with Arma-Chek GC specially designed in 5 different colours to combine mechanical and UV protection with aesthetic value.

Recently, we have widened our business scope by including insulation products for high temperature applications. Aerogel is a remarkable material- it is the world’s lightest material, and NASA has used it to bring home a comet. Armacell is utilising aerogel technology to produce its ArmaGel HT blankets which withstands temperatures from -200 to +650 degree Celsius.

Our products for structural insulation include a wide range of eco-friendly solutions based on 100 per cent recycled polyethylene terephalate (PET).Until Today, more than 1 billion PET bottles have been reused to produce ArmaFoam PET Products. Our green foams made from pre-consumer PET are installed in rotor blades of wind turbines and many more applications, our PET foam cores endure several decades.

Armacells Insulation Roots Globally
Armacell has 24 production plants in 16 countries and over four continents, with a turnover of around EUR 610 million. Our plant at Pune is made as per the latest state-of-the-art technology coupled with latest German foaming expertise to offer the highest efficiency rubber insulation products with improved long-term properties. Armacell India has trained over 100 technicians.
