Our captive mineral resources and state-of-the art manufacturing facility are within Ashapura’s manufacturing base and cutting-edge research mineral complex. We use our best quality capabilities,logistical prowess and 2,400 lbs of sodium bentonite for manufacturing GCL.

Manufacturing Low-cost Geosynthetic products
Our range of GCLs is manufactured under the Geosynthetic Clay Liners (GCLs) factory. Brands of Ecoklay and Geoklay cater to specific manufactured hydraulic barriers consisting of a need for an environmental, technical SNF layer of bentonite or other very low-commercial requirements. Also been used as permeability material supported by geotextiles in several private, industrial, and government projects.

They are mechanically held together by needling, stitching, or chemical adhesives. Due to environmental laws, any Ecoklay bars exclusively sold for seepage from landfills must be collected and disposed of explicitly; otherwise, contamination wall, metro canal sealing, water canal sealing of the surrounding groundwater could cause contamination etc. Depending upon the application areas, they are available in different sizes and major environmental and/or ecological colours.

Specially manufactured ECOKLAY NWS
Several forms of GCL and salinity are manufactured depending on the situation, porosity conditions and hazard levels. Ashapura also developed a special product called ECOKLAY NWS, which is used for soil stabilisation. Ashapura is the largest geosynthetic clay liner (GCL) producer in India. Ecoklay NWS has a multipurpose capacity of more than 10 million square meters and more applications in several areas.
