The BN3 Silver Coating can withstand 1000hrs of salt spray test and 7 Kesternich cycles. Likewise, the Australian Dekseal Trueblue washers are UV and Ozone resistant, non-conductive to prevent corrosion problems.

Tell us about BDN’s dealer and distributorship network? What kind of dedicated infrastructure do you have for manufacturing, also what is your production capacity? 

BDN has a pan-India distributor presence and those dealers manage the local dealer network. BDN’s manufacturing infrastructure comprises an efficient 4000 Sq. mtr., manufacturing area. Additionally, 5,500 square meter facility for packaging and warehouse facility. The capacity of manufacturing is approximately 500 metric tons per month. 

What kind of market presence do you have in India and abroad? 

In India we are working with leading PEB and roofing companies, our products have found a massive market in coastal areas because the quality of our products can withstand the high corrosive environment prevalent in such areas. Our global presence is spread across different countries which include Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Cambodia, Myanmar, Middle East, Australia, and New Zealand. The company is spreading its operations and gaining momentum.

Crest Fixing Fasteners: BDN Crest Fixing Fasteners are designed to be used for fixing roofing sheets at the crest onto steel purlins. Valley Fixing Fasteners: Valley Fixing Fasteners are made from hardened C-1022 and it is for better durability and strength. Our valley fixing self-drilling metal screws are ideal for fixing wall curtains steel purlins. Adhering to true AS standards, these screws come with a large washer flanged-head and DEKS EPDM cut washers. 

Concealed Fixing Fasteners: The concealed fixing fastener’s wafer head is specifically designed to maintain a low profile upon fixing, creating an aesthetically pleasing flat surface without any protrusions which might create interference. Additionally, these types of fasteners come in PH2+ Philips drive and can penetrate steel thickness of up to 4.0mm.
